Meet Dr. Marshak
Steven P. Marshak, M.D. Board Certified in Internal Medicine Dr. Marshak was born and raised in Princeton, New Jersey and received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry at Georgetown University and his medical degree at the Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Marshak became certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1998. Dr. Marshak is also a member of the American Medical Association and the Medical Society of Virginia. During college, Dr. Marshak minored in German, and he maintains a strong knowledge today. Dr. Marshak joined NOVA Medical Group and NOVA Urgent Care in 1998. PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY Dr. Marshak believes in working with his patients to achieve the best possible outcome for patient wellness and to develop long-term physician-patient relationships.
